Chris Chan, a professional manager who worked for global corporations before joining KIND Germany in 2007, pioneered the company’s first venture into Asia’s hearing healthcare landscape. As a founding member and an elected ExCo delegate of the Society of Hearing Professionals Singapore, he works on initiatives that foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and ethical practice standards, ensuring the profession's advancement.
Recognising the overwhelming impact of information overload on the internet that can confuse consumer decision-making, he embarked on a "Try Before Buying" crusade. By empowering clients to experience the transformative impact of KIND's hearing aids firsthand within their daily lives alongside KIND’s team lifetime follow-up service, Chris not only dispels the stigma but also cultivates trust, transparency, and lasting relationships.
When not at work, Chris is sure to be navigating the picturesque pathways of Singapore's Park Connector Network on his red Brompton or embarking on audacious Round-The-Island expeditions as he strives for an enriched balance between work and play. Alongside his devoted wife and two accomplished children, he is also active in planning the annual Catholic Humanitarian Mission to Cambodia.
